      <image:caption>I’m a Functional Registered Dietitian specializing in sustainable weight loss, gut health, and recovering from binge/emotional eating. I work virtually with clients to create personalized, root-cause-driven strategies that actually fit real life — no extremes, no shame, no guesswork. My goal is to help you feel better in your body without burning out or obsessing. Before becoming a dietitian, I spent four years working with pacemaker and defibrillator patients as a Cardiac Device Specialist. That experience lit a fire in me — I knew I wanted to help people earlier, through prevention and root-cause healing, not just symptom management. I’ve also been the patient — navigating issues like SIBO, hypothyroidism, acne, anxiety, bulimia, and binge eating. Through years of trial and error (and self-experimentation), I learned what it really takes to support your body without sacrificing your fitness goals or quality of life. Now, I combine functional nutrition, one-on-one counseling, and lifestyle strategies to help clients break free from cycles of confusion, restriction, and burnout.
